We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to discover out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was extremely sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any much more. He stated he needed time apart and did not wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a huge amount of dollars out of their joint bank account which he stated he required to set himself up in a new place to live.
Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less money into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was extremely strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have one more woman as a similar thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her within the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just right after he had left our client.
We had been able to supply our client with all the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been having an affair with this woman for many years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
